2010 Nissan Lease Rates – July 2010

logo_nissanUpdate! Found the Maxima numbers! They look alright! The MF is quite low and the residual is still acceptable. Check out the incentives page to see if there is any cash on the Maxima. These past couple months, this car has been leasing extremely well for a lot of folks, so it’s definitely worth a look if you are considering a top-of-the-line Accord, Camry or even a TSX or TL. If you are even remotely considering the Maxima this month, I would recommend contacting a dealer now since end of the month is near.

My Take: Had a tough time finding Nissan numbers this month. Edmund’s forums were very inactive lately and most of the usual sources were quite dry as well. This is all I see at the moment. Hopefully more info can be found before the end of the month.

2010 Nissan Lease Rates – May 2010

logo_nissanUpdated: Added Altima and Murano numbers. Hopefully some of you can take advantage of it this weekend. The Altima numbers look very good. Murano, not so much. My Take: Just a little disclaimer here…I will be posting all things Nissan on this page. The title will change as I add more lease rates for other Nissan vehicles. Now lets move on to the Maxima!  There are some incentives available on the Maxima right now, making it a very attractive lease. Look for $2000 retail cash plus another $500 customer cash. You can’t use the $2000 on the special financing APR 0.0% – 1.9% that NMAC is offering, but it should qualify for the lease. The lease rates got inflated a bit, so your lease should look even better than March/April. Don’t bother looking for a S model at this point. Not only will you have a hard time finding one, but it’s also not worth the effort since the SV is already looking very attractive.

2010 Nissan GT-R Lease Rates – March 2010

logo_nissanMy Take: If you have ever wanted a GT-R (I know I have), this month is much more improved compared the last set of numbers I found back in November 2009. The residual values are 1% higher and the MF drops from 0.00315 to 0.00285. Don’t get me wrong, this is still a very pricey ride, but at least it isn’t as bad as late last year.

2010 Nissan Altima, Maxima Lease Rates – February 2010

logo_nissanMy Take: As I write this, I am gearing up to visit my local Nissan dealer today. My wife and I will be checking out the Altima and the Maxima today to see if there’s anything promising. Here are the “over the phone” numbers I got Thursday. The Maxima does have $500 loyalty cash and $2000 cash to customer, but the $2k cannot be used on a lease. I also was told that when using VPP quotes, you cannot take advantage of the rebates. Not sure how much truth there is in that but we’ll see. Just remember one thing…any unclaimed rebate or cash, goes to the dealer, so if you don’t do your homework right, you will lose out on a lot of money.

2010 Nissan GT-R Lease Rates – November 2009

logo_nissanMy Take: I personally would never lease one of these due to such a high money factor. If they were to ever bring it down by .00100 to .00200 points, I would definitely save up and consider it. But until then, I don’t think MSDs would even help bring down the interest on this ride. One can only dream, right?

2009/2010 Nissan Altima, Maxima Lease Rates – October 2009

logo_nissanMy Take: 2009 Altima and Maxima sedan numbers look pretty good. The residual could be higher, but we’re so late in the 2009 year that it’s somewhat expected. Nissan is throwing a $1,750 rebate at any remaining 2009 Altima 2.5 S and Maxima SV sedan right so that should offset the low residual. You can alternatively look into the 2010 which has a significantly higher residual. but the money is also high as well. I’d shoot for a 2009 unless you can’t find the exact options you are looking for.

2009 Nissan Altima Lease Rates – September 2009

logo_nissanMy Take: Here’s the sweet spot for the Altima S Sedan this month (see below). Pretty sweet if you ask me. Worthy of The List. The are also a bunch of rebates for customers, so getting a “below invoice” price, shouldn’t be all that difficult. I’ve driven the 4cyl S sedan before (as a rental) and it’s actually quite impressive. The interior is well-appointed (very similar to Infiniti G37s) and the engine is actually has a kick to it. Pretty good commuter car if you ask me.

2009 Nissan Maxima, Murano Lease Rates – September 2009

logo_nissanUpdate: Added 24-month lease rates for the 2009 Maximas. My Take: For the sake of time, I’m going to start bundling the 2009 lease rates for each make, that way I don’t have to make a new post for each model. These aren’t very “popular” leases right now anyway, so it should be fine. I’d like to point out that the Maxima SV looks pretty right now. Just look at the money factor. The residual could be better, but I can’t complain. You can opt for a 12k mile lease and the residual should jump another 2%. Buying is also a great option since you can get 0% financing for up to 60 months on remaining 2009 Maximas. I also got the rates for the 2010 Maxima and I can say that it isn’t half bad. However, I would still inquire about the 2009 first to see if you can get a lower payment on those.

The Murano lease rates are a bit weak, so I don’t recommend it this month.
