My Take: The best lease on the X-Series SUVs this month is probably the gasoline-powered X5s. The other X-models suffer from either low residual, high money factor or both. There is $1750 customer cash available on the X5 3.0i and 2.9% financing for up to 60 months. You should be able to combine the two, but make sure to double check with your dealer.

My Take: MDX lease rates aren’t that much better than February (you are saving yourself about $10 a month compared to last month). The money factor dropped to compensate for the drop in residual value. The $2000 dealer cash is still available, so be sure to take advantage of that if you are shopping for a MDX. Personally, I’m liking the FX35 more this month.
My Take: This is just for giggles. I clearly do not intend on making a recommendation on the S40. The car itself is so-so (this is personal opinion of course, I’m sure there are plenty of S40 fans out there) and the lease rates are clearly horrific. However, if you actually plan on leasing one of these, you might want to “help me, help you” by visiting LeaseCompare (big banner add above the site), it could save you hundreds. Of course, you can always opt to go into the dealership with your own bank financing you or ask them to provide you with rates of other banks they work with. I’m sure they would be more than willing to help in that regard.
My Take: Rather than scrapping all of the Audi TT’s lease rates, I decided to post them along with the following warning: The residual stinks, the money factor stinks. Lease with caution. Unless you are able to knock off a lot of cash off the sale price, I would not touch this lease with a 10-foot pole. I wasn’t a big fan of my last A4, so I highly doubt I’ll be visiting any Audi dealers in the coming years. Oh, if you are wondering why there aren’t any payment estimates, well that’s because I don’t think it’s worth the time in all honesty. Thanks for understanding.
My Take: Wow, look at the money factor on the SLK300. They might as well make it .00001 or something because that’s 0.16% APR right there. I think that’s a great candidate for “leasing to buy” right now since there is very little interest. Most of your payment will be going towards depreciation and tax, that’s about it. There is also the current 0.9% for 66 months promo going on with most Mercs this month so you can always take advantage of that if you are looking to buy the car. If you are able to make a large payment at the end of a lease to buy out the car, you may want to just lease it for 4 years, save up and do a massive payoff at lease end.
