April numbers carry over from March. EX37 numbers added. Remember this is probably your last chance to get the G37 sedan since the new 2014 should be arriving later this year. I anticipate another change in rates for May and possibly another one around July to wrap up the Summer.

I have few questions for you, first you say that you anticipate another change in rates for May and possibly another one around July. Are you seeing rates/deals improving or getting worse?
My second question is do you have the rates for the JX35 FWD? I only see you have listed rates for the AWD version. Also, do you know how the residual would change if I went from 15k miles per year up to 18k or even 20k per year?
Thanks for your assistance, your site was pivotal in my last lease of my G37 coupe.
I forgot to mention I am looking at both 36 and 39 months.
1) typically, residuals will drop, but the bank will adjust the mf to keep the payments reasonable. based on past trends, summer time is a good time to lease infinitis. if you can afford to wait, i’d do that.
2) i post everything i get. i would recommend using the awd numbers just as a way to get a ball-park idea as to what to expect in terms of payment.
3) for anything more than 15k a year, you need to talk to your dealer. they will just charge you a “per mile” fee that gets rolled into your loan.
They list a pretty good 24 month lease on their website for a G37 Journey Coupe with Prem. Package for $329 w/ $3199 down. Do you happen to have the residuals/MF for a 24 month lease for them that I can calculate it myself? Thanks.
