March numbers look exactly the same as February numbers. I suspect the loyalty cash should still be in effect. USAA folks also qualify for additional cash incentives.

Do you the active 3 hybrid rate? Is it still 58%?
Just adding, I booked mine. But the $1000 lease cash is extended till the end of April.
Could you please post the numbers for the M6?
I think they are in the same as last month. Someone asked for it so you can find them in last month’s comments.
Are the rates available for 2014 models?
I’m not expecting 2014 models until summer.
Is BMW still offering leases on 2012 3 series?
Sorry Techoin, no more 2012 lease support in March
This website has the 535xi listed as 60% residual, .00130 MF. My dealer is telling me current march lease rates are 62% residual .00155 MF. Why the difference? Which is better?
Sorry, it is for a 36 month 12k lease that the dealer is quoting, maybe that is the difference?
Hi Monty. The only difference between the dealer numbers and the ones posted on the site is that they are padding the MF. Residuals increase as mileage allowance decreases so going from 15k to 12k does increase the residual by 2%. Check around, ask a couple dealer to see if they will offer you the .00130 rate (assuming you qualify).
A CA just told me that 2014 X3 numbers are out and residuals are only 55% for 15k. A CA at a different dealer told me numbers are not out yet. Does the drop in residual for a new model year make sense? Can you confirm if 2014 X3 rates are available yet?
I cannot confirm 2014 X3 numbers because from what I understand, the numbers are not out.
What are the odds that these programs will extend through the end of April?
Hi maxwell, I think April numbers will likely change. BMW typically doesn’t run the same programs more than 2 months at a time. Although they have been known to drag rates out to a couple weeks and changing them mid-month.
Would you mind giving us dealer incentives and loyalty benefits, lease. Vs bonus cash on march BMW numbers? Specifically for 6 Gand coupe, Z4 and m5, m3
Hi Zala. You can find most of the incentives on Edmunds.com’s website. They do a fairly good job posting rebates and the like. As for additional info, aside from this month’s rates, my info is a month old. Lease/Loyalty cash is around $750. I believe M3s had lease cash of $1500 in Feb. might still be available. 6 Grand Coupe is $3500, I don’t have anything on the Z4 or the M5. Hope this helps.
Any chance you can post 24month numbers for 328i Sedan, 335i Sedan, and 528i ? Also, any ideas on when the 3er GT will start showing up?
gfb. i typically don’t get those. I have Feb numbers tho…assuming they are the same, all models you selected carry a 66% residual at 24 months for 15k miles per year. I got nothing on the 3 GT at the moment. MF is the same at .00130. hope this helps.
2014 X1 rates should be out as 2014 X1’s are shipping; I was given a 55% residual for 2014 X1 xdrive 28i (15,000/36) (i.e. 2% lower than 2013, same money factor).
When shall we expect April rates and incentives?
Dumb question but how can I use USAA incentive if I lease through dealer? I thought USAA incentives only work if you purchase and/or finance the car through USAA?
My dealer was willing to accept all USAA discounts, even though I financed through BMW.
I just ordered a 2014 X1 xdrive35i and was quoted a 58% residual for 10,000 miles per year. They said that since they were trying to move out the rest of the 2013s, the 2014 terms are less favorable. During April or May, they may improve. The dealer promised to improve my terms if better terms are offered prior to delivery. Money factor is still .0013.
Is $3,000 off MSRP on a 2013 X1 xDrive28i and base MF (0.00130) a good deal?
