Residual remain the same as January, but MFs have been reduced in models such as the CT and the IS (to name a few) which is great. This month, I will be looking at the CT200H. If you are in the Military or are a recent graduate, you may qualify for $750 or $1000 (respectively) in customer cash. Since this isn’t a rebate that applies the most people, I will not be using it as part of my calculations. The CT200h isn’t getting a huge discount (I’m seeing a measly 1% off MSRP on the Premium), so no good deal can be had on the CT right now.
Here is a sample calculation based on TrueCar’s Southern California sale price and do not include local taxes. Please note that your dealer calculations may vary due to local fees/taxes.

Do you have the numbers for the 2013 GS350 yet?
Thanks,
Amir
Thanks for all the research on this site. i spoke to my local (California) dealer today and for the 2013 GS 350 the residual is 63%. For the Fsport trim it is 60%, the money factor was .00220 and unless i order a car they will not come down from msrp. hope it helps.
I think your calculation is way off on the sample lease payment for ct 200h using the MF and residual you listed. Try plugging the values into your calculator and it will show $296 before tax.
Thanks for catching the error Alexus. You are correct, my calculation was off because I had said I wouldn’t apply the rebates (only 1% off MSRP) since it doesn’t reflect what most people get (college grad / military). I revised the calculation to reflect the change.
Here’s the bad news….due to higher gas prices, the CT200h is now selling OVER MSRP.
This means, the payments are even more now. This will probably be the case for all Hybrid, Electrical and high MPG vehicles in the forseeable future.
