Updated: Added Altima and Murano numbers. Hopefully some of you can take advantage of it this weekend. The Altima numbers look very good. Murano, not so much. My Take: Just a little disclaimer here…I will be posting all things Nissan on this page. The title will change as I add more lease rates for other Nissan vehicles. Now lets move on to the Maxima! There are some incentives available on the Maxima right now, making it a very attractive lease. Look for $2000 retail cash plus another $500 customer cash. You can’t use the $2000 on the special financing APR 0.0% – 1.9% that NMAC is offering, but it should qualify for the lease. The lease rates got inflated a bit, so your lease should look even better than March/April. Don’t bother looking for a S model at this point. Not only will you have a hard time finding one, but it’s also not worth the effort since the SV is already looking very attractive.

What are the rates on the Murano?
I am working a deal on a 2010 Murano and can’t seem to get the $1250 rebate included in the deal. G do you know why I can’t. The internet salesman says that Nissan does not give rebates on leases. True or not?
Walter, I don’t believe the rebate is available for leases or with special financing.
In your post on the Maxima you discussed that you should be able to get $2000 retail cash. Is that cash considered a rebate? The Murano has $1250, what is the difference between retail cash and rebate, or is it the same?
there shouldn’t be a difference, but it seems like the $2000 isn’t available on the Maxima after all. But they are giving very aggressive discounts so you might be able to dip below invoice on it. The lease rates you are getting quoted seem to be a bit low. I don’t have the 39mo numbers for May, but last month they where 55% and 0.00105. So yours quote doesn’t look right for some reason. have you cross checked with another dealer?
FYI
They are quoting me a residual of 51% amd a money factor 0f .00197 on a 39m0/39k. Does that sound right?
Thanks G,
I got a Nissan and a Acura dealer e-mailing me a quote on Monday. Also considering a MDX.
