My Take: Residuals went south on the X3 this month while the MF didn’t really drop enough to keep payments resonable. You do get a $1500 customer cash, but that’s about it. I am starting to see a disturbing trend with BMWFS lately were rebates are being used to offset lower residuals and/or high money factors. For promotional purposes, its sounds great that BMWFS is throwing cash at their cars. However when you screw around with the lease financing, it really doesn’t make that huge of a difference at the end of the day. Not surprisingly, the X5,X6 rates remained the same as last month, but the rebates are not available on those models. Still a decent lease, but short of a great “deal”
