My Take: I just got the new lease rates for BMWs, so I am going to kick things off this year with the 3-series. Keep a few things in mind, I got these numbers from LeaseCompare, therefore, you will be seeing a lot of reference links to that site as part of the deal in order to redistribute the numbers. Hopefully everyone can live with them from now on.
Anyway, this month’s take of the 3-series is simple, the coupes look pretty good. There may be a higher price tag now, but the residual values are strong and the money factors are fairly low. The sedans need a little love from BMWFS thought. Final verdict? The numbers have improved since December so if you plan to lease one of these, it might not be a bad idea.

if i am not wrong, the 3 series model 2011 will be launched in March and it is a major redesign (at least the X3 is, 3 series seems mild), reason why BMW has aggressive lease rates to move out inventory.
@LJ. I know the 5 should be rolling in sometime in the 2nd half of this year (or at least towards the end of the 1st half). I haven’t heard about the 3s being redone this year. Then again, I could be wrong.
Waz up G!
Lovin all the new quotes…it’s like Christmas all ove again…lol
Yea I’ve been eagerly awaiting the 3 series coupes redesign…it was release about 2 weeks ago….www.BMWcoop.com has tons of info…
So I’m in the same boat as LJ…with waiting for the 2011 rates…

The 2011 BMW 3-Series coupe/convertible are being refreshed. This is just a refresh… things include LED angel eyes, slightly different front end, LED tail lights, and some other minor changes. Similar to the minor changes the 2009 BMW 3-series sedan got.
Talked to the local BMW dealer. the 3 series is out in March (official info, specs and pics already posted on bmw usa web site). X3 is major redesign and 5 series also major redesign but due in the fall. 328 quite a nice refresh, 335 has also an engine change but same horsepower and torque as before.
Does anyone know if the lease rates are the same for the 2011 3-Series Coupes?
You won’t see those posted until after the cars hit the showroom.
Can you get the base money factor and residual for 18k miles/36 months for a 2010 335i coupe?
@g2369. The extra 3k miles per year are pre-purchased when you require more than the 15k miles per year. so there isn’t a base rate and residual for 18k miles per year.
Thank you.
