My Take: Ditto, ditto, ditto. Just trying to plow through all the BMW lease rates, so here they are. Just a small FYI regarding rebates. The higher the price tag of the car, the less of a deal the rebates provide. A lower MF is ALWAYS preferable when you are talking about cars north of $40,000. I personally think the rebates work best on the 1-series and 3-series.

Dealers are very motivated to offer discounts on the X3 because the 2011 model will be out by spring time and this will be a major redesign… I got down to invoice and then a bit lower using the BMW financial services cash back incentive on an X3 for my wife. The 24 mo lease with 12K had a residual value of 64%. good deal.
When can we expect February lease rates?
