My Take: More of the same from last month. The $2500 holiday lease cash is still around through January 4th, 2010. Again, if you can wait until the latter part of the month, you may have better luck with your negotiations.

What about the new 550i GT, do you have the lease rates for that model as well?
haven’t seen the 550 GTs numbers yet. Is it even for sale yet?
Yes, starting December 5th!
Have been given the residuals as 65% for 24m and 61% for 36m with 10k miles. Does anybody have the money factors and also does anybody know if the holiday cash offer is also available on this model?
@tom. which model? 528? You add 3% to the residual posted for 10k and 2% if it’s 12k. So your quotes are correct. The money factor stays the same as what’s posted for the 15k. MF generally only changes when you change the monthly terms of the lease. Oh, and there is holiday cash on the 5-series. They have holiday cash on pretty much every BMW model right now.
Sorry, I meant if the “Holiday Finance Credit” is also available on the 550i Gran Tourismo.
No, this is on the 550i Gran Turismo and since it is new it doesn’t seem to be on any of the lists yet. Dealer tells me there is no holiday cash and money factor is 0.0290 and 0.0295 for 24m and 36m. That seems unlikely given the highest on any car they have is 0.0245 right now, but dealer presumably trying to take addl margin out. Hence I don’t believe the other answers either and am trying to figure out if there is anything available in terms of additional discounts.
@tom. yeah i haven’t seen anything on the 550 GTs this month. I think maybe in January the lease rates might start popping up on lists online. But what the dealer is saying might be true. Right now, BMW money factors suck, but they throw cash at them. However, since the GT is brand spanking new, I doubt they would throw money at it so soon. I’ll check with Dave over the LB BMW and see what he says.
