My Take: 2009 Altima and Maxima sedan numbers look pretty good. The residual could be higher, but we’re so late in the 2009 year that it’s somewhat expected. Nissan is throwing a $1,750 rebate at any remaining 2009 Altima 2.5 S and Maxima SV sedan right so that should offset the low residual. You can alternatively look into the 2010 which has a significantly higher residual. but the money is also high as well. I’d shoot for a 2009 unless you can’t find the exact options you are looking for.
