My Take: I’m not very impressed with the 2010 1-series numbers this month. Check out last month’s 2009 numbers and you’ll see why. I’m sure the 2009 September numbers have probably dropped off a little bit, but nothing too significant. Unless you plan to put some money towards Security Deposits, I wouldn’t really recommend the 1-series.
