My Take: I hope you didn’t expect the V6 trim to lease really well on it’s first few months. Good residual value though, but I wouldn’t touch it until the money factor drops below .00200. Anyway, the current deal on the 09 TSX is $319.00 per month for 36 months. $3,299.00 total due at signing. As you know, you can negotiate a much better deal on your own. My guess is that the payments can be kept in the $300s and you can cut your inception fees down to about $1500. Anyway, keep an eye on this post, I’ll post the rates of the 4 cylinder models as I find them so you can crunch your own numbers.
Check out the new LIST for the recommended leases of the month.

All should take a look at http://www.truecar.com wherein you can get the REAL transaction numbers of actual sales prices in your local and regional area, up to the national level. Works for vehicles upon which they have the data, which are most. I have found the REAL sales prices much lower than http://www.carsdirect.com, in most instances. I spoke to a few dealers about this new site, and once they saw it their jaws dropped in disgust!
My latest calculation for a new 2009 TSX w/Tech Pkg in NYC metro area for 36 mo./15k is:
Sticker: $33,070
Base: $28,750 [based upon what actually sold]
Residual: 56%
Money Factor: .00198
Sales Tax: 8.375%
Mo. Lease: $409.43 incl. sales tax
add upfront first month, tags, Honda fee.
Only thing I’d add, personally, are splash guards and wheel locks.
Too bad Acura no longer offers OnStar, I had it in my 2003 TL-S, currently have it in my 2007 Saab 9-7X 5.3. Absolutely terrific service, worth every penny!
@SJ. That’s a pretty good deal SJ. tech model in the low $400s with tax included. I think those who want a TSX should shoot for this deal no matter where they live. Good call on truecars.com. It always helps to have another tool to help us save money.

@sj. wow, that money factor stinks. If this isn’t the V6, I’d rather have the 2009. I think the numbers might be better there, problem is selection probably stinks.
I just sent off a request to my dealer to see what kind of numbers he can give me on the TL and TSX. I’m curious. I’ve been playing with the idea of lease-swapping my G37 so I guess it doesn’t hurt to inquire.
