My Take: Couple of significant improvements on the 1-series lease rates this month. The residual value seems to have carried over from March (good) and the money factor for the 128i coupe, 128i convertible and 135i coupe have dropped. For those who have been looking at the 1-series since last year and never pulled the trigger, now looks like a good time time to get into a 128i or 135i.
