My Take: Nothing has changed this month on the EX35 or the FX35 leases. The rates are identical to last month’s numbers, which is rather disappointing because the marketing cash is gone as well. Instead, you get a whooping $500 sell down cash and that’s about it (only on the EX35). Not exactly what you wanted to hear, I know, but there is always next month!

Can you verify that marketing cash is gone? On an auto news website, i saw that for the 08 ex and 09 FX, there is still between 2000 and 5000 marketing cash (as of 4/20/09 through june 20, 09). Also an additional (i think) 500 dollars on the EX as a rebate. I am currently on an FX lease extension throug july 2009, and am thinking about waiting until the may lease figures are out before purchasing
in all honesty, i wouldnt be too concerned about the marketing cash because it is used at dealers discretion. instead of wondering whether the cash is there or not, just assume it is and negotiate your sale price accordingly. it is the customer cash that i’d be more concerned about. with that said, i am not seeing any of the cash. i’ll look around and see what i can find.
