My Take: BMW has stepped up it’s leasing efforts this month by lowering the MF by .0004 to .002 while keeping the residual value the same as July. That spells god news for those who are looking to lease the X3.

24mo Payment: $533 at invoice, $694 at MSRP
36mo Payment: $524 at invoice, $633 at MSRP
I was hoping for the payments to be more in the $400-$500 range, but it doesn’t seem like that’s the case. Still, the numbers are more attractive than last month ($30 less a month on the 36mo lease). Remember, you can opt for the 12k or the 10k mile leases to lower your monthly payment another $20-30. A security deposit may be required to get the low .002 money factor. It could be waived if you are a returning BMW lesse.
