My Take: Hurray, more A6 3.0 are enjoying a .00005 money factor this month. By now, I don’t need to tell you what that means. Low residual values does make it hard to swallow, but you can probably bump up the residual a bit buy going with a 12k mile lease (adds 2% to your residual) plus AudiCare (adds 1% to your residual). That should save you some money in the long run. Stay clear from the Avants for now, they don’t look very good.

My Take: Ever wonder why Hondas, Nissans or Toyotas don’t offer very good 48-month leases? That’s because their warranties are only 36-months long, so make sure you don’t go beyond that. Anyway, sorry for the bundle post. I am just trying to get these numbers out there for you as quick as I can. The Maxima is probably the better lease of the three cars in this post. The money factor is high and the residual is pretty decent. Stay away from the Rogue. You may want to consider the Murano since it has about $2500 worth in customer rebates (click 
My Take: New month, same lease rates. If you where waiting for the MDX payments to drop, you will have to wait a little bit longer. I think that the money factor still could use some reduction, so hopefully Honda will do themselves a favor and lower it so they can move some cars. There is $2000 in marketing support cash on the MDX however, so that should help ease the pain if you really need to get a new family hauler. Speaking of SUVs, some of you should have probably heard that Honda will be releasing the ZDX soon. Here’s a little excerp from Bloomberg.com and a pic from MotorTrend.com
My Take: Nothing has changed this month on the EX35 or the FX35 leases. The rates are identical to last month’s numbers, which is rather disappointing because the marketing cash is gone as well. Instead, you get a whooping $500 sell down cash and that’s about it (only on the EX35). Not exactly what you wanted to hear, I know, but there is always next month!
My Take: IS250 Automatics have a solid money factor this month. Money factor dropped from .00135 to a low .00040! Here’s the even better news! The residual stayed the same as March!! That is fantastic news for those that have been eagerly awaiting some lease support on the IS250s. If you are looking buy, there isn’t any special financing or cash rebates available, so you probably should lease or pay cash.
