My Take: Overall, the lease rates look decent on the 2010 EX. 2009 EX residuals are a bit low, but so are the money factors; which is a good thing. I gather that you can probably get more of a discount on the 2009, but besure to crunch the numbers to really see which is the better deal. I would have the dealer work both the 2010 and 2009 price quotes to see how things shape up. As for the FX, I’m hearing $2000 rebate right now, so be sure to factor in the rebate into your negotiations. Numbers look a bit weak, but if you can get the 2009, the MF is pretty low so it might be worth look into.

My Take: I personally would never lease one of these due to such a high money factor. If they were to ever bring it down by .00100 to .00200 points, I would definitely save up and consider it. But until then, I don’t think MSDs would even help bring down the interest on this ride. One can only dream, right?
My Take: None of these rides are cars that I normally shop for, so I don’t have too much to say about them. The lease rates look decent on the 6 series due to its high residual value, so it is safe to look into leasing one of those this month. As you know, there’s some customer cash of about $2500 you can use on the 6-series, so be sure to apply that to your sale price. MSDs should also be used to bring down the MF further (if you have the extra cash). In case you don’t know what MSDs are, they are basically security deposits you pay in order to bring down the money factor. They are full refundable at lease-end or in the event of a total-loss accident or theft.
My Take: Some Porsche numbers for November here. Didn’t feel the urgency to post them since they are so bad. I’m willing to bet there’s a decent amount on inventory left over for 2009 models. Best to inquire about those before even looking at the 2010s.
My Take: CR-V lease rates don’t look too bad right now. The MF has come down quite a bit over the last couple months. Residual still stronger than most models, making this a good crossover SUV to jump into. As for the Pilot, I think they could do better on the money factor.
