My Take: This is just for giggles. I clearly do not intend on making a recommendation on the S40. The car itself is so-so (this is personal opinion of course, I’m sure there are plenty of S40 fans out there) and the lease rates are clearly horrific. However, if you actually plan on leasing one of these, you might want to “help me, help you” by visiting LeaseCompare (big banner add above the site), it could save you hundreds. Of course, you can always opt to go into the dealership with your own bank financing you or ask them to provide you with rates of other banks they work with. I’m sure they would be more than willing to help in that regard.

My Take: Rather than scrapping all of the Audi TT’s lease rates, I decided to post them along with the following warning: The residual stinks, the money factor stinks. Lease with caution. Unless you are able to knock off a lot of cash off the sale price, I would not touch this lease with a 10-foot pole. I wasn’t a big fan of my last A4, so I highly doubt I’ll be visiting any Audi dealers in the coming years. Oh, if you are wondering why there aren’t any payment estimates, well that’s because I don’t think it’s worth the time in all honesty. Thanks for understanding.
My Take: Wow, look at the money factor on the SLK300. They might as well make it .00001 or something because that’s 0.16% APR right there. I think that’s a great candidate for “leasing to buy” right now since there is very little interest. Most of your payment will be going towards depreciation and tax, that’s about it. There is also the current 0.9% for 66 months promo going on with most Mercs this month so you can always take advantage of that if you are looking to buy the car. If you are able to make a large payment at the end of a lease to buy out the car, you may want to just lease it for 4 years, save up and do a massive payoff at lease end. That’s also another alternative to save some cash in these uncertain times. Remember to read all the articles in the “
My Take: I would strongly caution lessees to stay away from the RX350 this month because the numbers don’t look very good. The GS looks ok, but the residual values are too low. It could be a good “lease to buy” candidate, but the money factor would have to be slightly lower. Without incentives, I would recommend most people simply pass on both the GS and RX this month.
My Take: The money factor isn’t very strong on the Maxima this month but the residual is still fairly high so it isn’t too bad. There is $750 dealer cash, so be sure to factor that into your negotiations. Still, LESSEE BEWARE! The payments are not very cheap so be sure to check out other comparable cars such as the V6 models of the Accord/Camry and maybe even the G37 and the Acura TL.
