My Take: I’m seeing the same exact lease rates (as March) for April on the A4/A5/S4/S5. If you aren’t ready to pull the trigger on any of these cars this month, you may want to wait to see what May brings. The A5 is a bit cheaper than past months, but it could use a little bit more encouragement. Remember, no one has a crystal ball (I know I don’t) so I can’t predict whether things will improve of any of the following cars. One thing is for certain, residuals only go down, so if you see a car that already has a really low money factor, you should jump on it. You can only lower the money factor so much before monthly payments start going back up due to the loss in residual value.

My Take: IS250 Automatics have a solid money factor this month. Money factor dropped from .00135 to a low .00040! Here’s the even better news! The residual stayed the same as March!! That is fantastic news for those that have been eagerly awaiting some lease support on the IS250s. If you are looking buy, there isn’t any special financing or cash rebates available, so you probably should lease or pay cash.
My Take: The money factor has dropped on the G37 sedans this month. Good news for those who decided to take the chance and wait for the rates to go down. Remember to stay far away from the 24 month leases, like MB, Infiniti is doing their best to discourage you from leasing for just two years. The sweet spot is the 36-month lease (and possibly the 39 month lease…consult your dealer for those rates). There is $500 in loyalty cash for those who qualify. Again, sorry for not having the payment estimates this month, I am thinking that perhaps I can take a short little break from doing the calculations this month. Of course, I will be more than happy to run some quick numbers for those who are interested. Just leave a comment on this post.
My Take: M6 rates are looking much better than the 6-series while the 7-series is not looking all that great this month. I’m not really in the mood to post lease estimates right now, so feel free to request a quick calculation if you really need one. There is 0.9% financing on the 650s and the M6 for up to 60 months. Nothing for the 7-series. No cash, nada.
My Take: Couple quick things…I’m going to be skipping lease payment estimates on some of the more “expensive” models because quite frankly, I don’t think most people are here for that. You can still request a quick calculation from me by leaving a comment below each post. Main reason I’m doing this is to cut back on the amount of time it takes me to make one post, which will free me up for other important things. As for the cars, the SLK’s money factor is wicked low this month. .00007! With Mercs, I don’t generally car as much about the residual value since they are usually low 50s or high 40s for the 36-month terms, so you gotta hope and pray that the money factor is ultra low. Remember, the upside to having low residual value and low money factor is that at lease end, your buyout price is fairly low. Which is good if you love the car and want to keep it. No cash is available on the SLK300 right now but 0.9% financing for up to 66 months is there for those who qualify. MB Financial is really pushing the low interest financing this month which runs an extra 6 months compared to other captive banks. Just a FYI in case you are open to financing.
