logo_audi My Take: I am only posting these numbers because I felt like posting a picture of the R8. As far as the lease rates go, I would pass on both the A8 and R8. Too expensive, but I am sure some of you with businesses or deep pockets can afford it. 🙂

logo_audi My Take: The money factors are not too bad for the A8 and TT. Unfortunately, not good enough for cars whose residual value hover around 50% or less and carry such a high price tag in their respective classes. There is special financing for the A8 and the TT(2.9% short-term, 3.9 long-term), so buying would be a smarter move.

logo_audi My Take: The S6 and the A8 do not look very good this month. The A6 on the other hand, looks decent. They could have improved the residual value a bit, but the money factors looks better than most. Not exactly a recommendation, but I wouldn’t spend much time discouraging you from leasing one either. It all depends on the sale price.

logo_audi My Take: Not a lot of folks opt for the A3, A6 and A8, so they are being bundled together. The A3 Premium and Premium Plus are worth mentioning due to the fairly high residual and low money factor. The Quattro model gets a bump in the MF, but its not huge, so it’s still not a bad lease if you ask me. A6 and A8 are a “pass” this month. I’d like to see the MF drop more before recommending it.

Maybe the 2010 model’s lease rates will improve…maybe.

logo_audi My Take: A8 is really a bad lease right now. Residual is insanely low plus the money factor isn’t low enough to recommend a lease-to-buy. MAYBE on the A8 Quattro, but definitely not on any of the other trims.

UPDATED Audi Lease Rates for Nov-Dec 2008

My Take: Audi Financial updated the lease rates yesterday. At first glance, you’ll noticed the money factor was slashed for the A3. The A4 stays relatively unchanged. There a lot of money factor reductions for some of the other cars on their line up. Take the time to look things over to see if there’s something worth leasing here. I personally would look into the A3 2.0T Quattro or the A4 Premium on a 36 month/12k term. The S5 would be awesome if the money factor wasn’t so high. The TT also has a decent residual / money factor combination.
