My Take: I personally don’t care for the lease rates for these three vehicles. They are just bad combinations of residuals and money factors. I recommend a BUY over a LEASE, with the TT being borderline lease-worthy. You could try pulling a LEASE-TO-BUY on the Q5, but you better start saving up for that big payment at the end. The Q7 is a straight BUY recommendation because the money factor is actually higher than the APR for purchace.

Lease rates provided by LeaseCompare.com
I know that getting Audi Care adds one percentage point to the residual value but can anyone tell me if I should add that to the MSRP of the vehicle when make the calculations.
Thanks
Audi Care adds 1% to the residual value, which is a based on the MSRP. If you have a $40,000 car and the residual value is 49%, you add 1% to that if you have AudiCare and your residual would be $20,000 after X amount of years.
