My Take: No rebates, disappointing lease rates = forgettaboutit! More than likely, you will be able to get invoice. Additionally, you should also be able to tap into holdback. VJ mentioned that “Ambassador Numbers” are available this month. Meaning “employee discounts”. This is a good thing, if you can match it with a killer money factor and residual value. I’m not really seeing it here on the C. If they were to drop the money factor by 0.001, then you’re talking a “can’t miss” lease.

I’m eagerly anticipating the 2010 eclass rates.. Let me make a prediction, no change.
I was offered Ambassador program: C300 4 matic Sport. 59% residual, money factor .0006. 36 mo/12K miles. Seems too good to pass up. Thoughts?
Wow Mike! That’s pretty good. Excellent MF and Residual. A hypothetical scenario would be something like this…MSRP $41,675 (premium 2 pkg), $38,819 invoice price. Sale price of $38,000 (tapping into about a 2% holdback). Monthly payments…$410 + tax and inception fees due at signing (around $2k). Not too shabby at all! If you roll in your inceptions, it would be around $466 + tax with $0 due at signing. This is all contingent on whether you can tap into about 2% of the holdback (thus giving the dealer a 1% profit).
What kind of payment? Where at?
