Update: Added 2010 RDX FWD and FWD with Tech Lease Rates. My Take: Residual values from August remain steady for September, while the money factor has dropped. This is good news for those looking to lease the RDX because it’s cheaper than last month! When it comes to 2010 models with really bad lease rates, it is really worth your time to wait. You know eventually the numbers will drop. If they don’t, you probably shouldn’t be leasing it anyway.

Will the residual go up if you lease at 10kmiles?
@stan. yes, if you limit your miles to 10k per year, your residual will go up 3%
Yea Acura seems to be pretty bad with their leases. Just calculated it (SH-AWD) out at invoice (32,547), 10k miles, with NY taxes (8.875) and its $495.28.
I currently lease a Honda Accord, last payment is due at the end of November and I have been really looking at the RDX. Not sure if I would even consider it for that price. If they do that 2.5k dealer cash they had a couple of months ago it would be at 412.71 which is reasonable.
@stan. thats true. it still seems a bit high right now. However, I would suggest the possibility of MSDs. Speak to your dealer about Multiple Security Deposits to see if you can bring down the interest. I personally think Acuras/Hondas make great leases (when the lease rates are right) because of the added perks such as no security deposit, damage waiver, no disposition fee. They also have a fairly low bank fee compared to other brands, so you can go wrong.
Do you know if Honda offers any loyalty? I know back in June or so they were offering a $1500 loyalty on the RDX. At the time I believe you were able to combine the $1500 with the $2500 dealer cash and get an excellent deal on an 09 RDX.
Once again, thanks for the great help. I’ve only discovered this site so recently and have learned so much.
@stan. nothing on loyalty right now. the 2010 RDX isn’t getting major lease assistance this month.
